“During lockdown, to prevent frustration that some of you might encounter, try to think positive, that some others are worse off. Thank and pray to God any time you feel down. Try new things that interest you like painting, writing, new dishes or learning a new skill, a new language. You have more time now. Even if working from home, the saved time of not driving, catching public transportation etc. can be put to good use. Have fun with new ventures. Try a new healthy recipe, read some spiritual books, learn a relaxing technique, cool exercise. Many things are available online. Such a lucky era we are in. Looking forward with you to better days ahead. Love love.”
