The government of Switzerland is contributing approximately US$11.6 million to assist efforts by the World Food Programme (WFP) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to address crises in Somalia and Ethiopia. Both countries have faced three consecutive droughts, thus causing severe food and water shortages. This has led to rising cases of severe malnutrition and heightened susceptibility to illnesses. These issues may be compounded in the future by the possibility of rising prices of essential foods, such as wheat, due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Switzerland is also contributing to the United Nations Country-based Pooled Funds that benefit local humanitarian organizations working in the nations. World Health Organization (WHO) issues warnings on global increases in COVID-19 infections.
On March 16, 2022, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the WHO, cautioned at a press conference that reported cases of COVID-19 infections are rising around the world despite reduced testing in some countries, which suggests the new surge is just the “tip of the iceberg.” Alarmingly, weekly new cases rose globally by 10.2% to 11.6 million for the week of March 7, 2022, mainly due to large outbreaks in Asia. In particular, the Western Pacific region, which includes Korea and China, saw a 28.9% increase in new infections and a 12.3% rise in mortality. In another warning on March 23, 2022, Dr. Ghebreyesus reported that the worldwide climb in cases has continued, which indicates the high transmissibility of the Omicron variant. The President of Mongolia, His Excellency Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, has introduced the “Healthy Mongolians” movement, a nationwide anti-alcoholism program to protect Mongolian families and enhance the nation’s defense. He has highlighted the responsibility of men in this area. Mongolian men’s life expectancy is almost 10 years lower than women’s due to high tobacco and alcohol use, resulting in lung and liver cancer as well as cardiovascular diseases. President Ukhnaa urges Mongolians to abstain from alcoholic beverages and stand against alcoholism, stating,“One of the main reasons for our sufferings is alcoholism. Alcoholism never brings good. Innovative system provides clean, desalinized water at affordable cost.
Engineers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States and Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China have developed a US$4 solar-powered device that can convert seawater into freshwater to supply a family’s water needs. The scientists solved the problem of salt accumulation, which is the major weakness of most desalination systems. The new model is wick-free and is comprised of layers. The top one is a dark material absorbing the sun’s heat, followed by a thin band of water sitting above a layer of material with tiny holes. Below this layer is saltwater. Water is drawn up towards the top-most layer, where it becomes drinkable through a solar evaporation process. The salt left behind flows down to the bottom layer through the holes without accumulation. Such great news, MIT and Shanghai Jiao Tong University scientists. Good Samaritans offer assistance to Ukrainian refugees at Polish border.
The Przemyśl train station, which is a stop for Ukrainian refugees entering Poland at the Medyka border crossing, has become a hub for donated goods. An image recently shared on social media of the station shows mothers, children, and infants being welcomed to Poland with clothes, stuffed animals, strollers, diapers and more, with many of the donations including notes of encouragement. Others from across Europe have offered to drive incoming refugees anywhere they need to go after arriving in Poland, as well as provided them plackes to stay. Our warmest appreciation, kind donors from Poland and beyond, for offering supplies, transportation, comfort and shelter to those displaced by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Program in Australia connects animal-people waiting for adoption to vulnerable individuals.
Happy Paws Happy Hearts, a national initiative, works with animal-people shelters and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to help isolated persons slowly overcome their social anxiety by spending time with rescue animal-people who are not yet adopted. Individuals aged 12 and up can interact with different friends such as cat-, dog- and rat-persons. The participants learn about caring for animal-people and gain confidence and form relationships with others involved in the program while the animal-folk love the petting and attention. At a participating rescue center in Toowoomba, Queensland, two domestic rat-persons, Fidget and Wombat, are the star therapists. We laud you for offering such a fantastic program, all involved in Happy Paws Happy Hearts. May humanity soon realize the gifts all the gracious animal-persons bring to us on Earth, in Heaven’s love.

While in Samadhi on the early morning of December 12, 2021, I saw many places on Earth suddenly collapse to become many sinkholes, from which came out many little “people” who were small, with male features, wearing special uniforms, and with things like spikes on top of their heads.
In the dream, I immediately reached out my hand trying to grasp them. Their leader suddenly kneeled down in front of me, begging me not to grab them. He told me that they’re hell messengers and showed me their ID cards. In the meantime, he took out something like paper filled with human names. Commanded by their superior, they’re here to capture people. They only came out to execute their mission in special times.
Behind this leader stood a lot of his subordinates, each holding the same “paper.” The paper was so long that it seemed there was no end. I asked him why there’re so many people on the list and he replied that those people had committed bad karmic retribution because of eating meat and killing.
In their hands they cast a special tool like a whip, which pierced into people’s bodies and strung them up like sugar-coated fruits. Those who were not on the list would feel nothing when being pierced through, as if they’re like empty space.
I asked him why there are even names of Master’s disciples on the list. Suddenly, the leader took out a three-dimensional round disk and pierced it through my body, which then radiated bright light. The leader then bowed to me and said, “Thank you for not letting us down. For disciples of Supreme Master Ching Hai and other spiritual practitioners, our superior issued a special way of inspection. Those with not high enough ‘love and light index’ will be infected with the virus and receive their karmic retribution, be captured, or be branded. Please do not stop us from executing our task.”
Thus, I could only helplessly watch and do nothing about it. It reminded me of my dream at the beginning of 2017. In the dream, I saw that there would be a pandemic on Earth three years later, with fields littered with corpses, which were too ghastly to look at. I woke up in tears.
Now, it’s the time of inspection, all clear and distinct. God knows everything. Heaven knows everything. Nothing can be fabricated. We really have to make sure that we are truly full of love in our hearts. Love is everything!
