In today’s news, World Bank provides assistance to enhance public transportation in Morocco, new sea-level measuring satellite takes orbit, Sweden to build one of world’s largest wind-powered cargo ships, engineers in China move five-story building using robotic legs, United States lifeguard with prosthetic leg rescues driver from sinking car, Swiss chocolate manufacturer launches new vegan range, and endangered Australian yellow-footed rock-wallaby numbers increase.

World Bank provides financing for Morocco’s transport sector.

The World Bank has approved a US$150 million loan for Morocco’s Urban Transport Program, which is bringing enhanced public transportation to more people. Beginning in 2015, the plan has since benefited 40,000 daily commuters. The goal of the current funding is to increase the number of beneficiaries to a total of 130,000 each day, as well as help the endeavor adapt to the effects of COVID-19. In a press release from the World Bank, Jesko Hentschel, the Bank’s Country Director for the Maghreb, said “… investing in safe, affordable and efficient public transport is more important today than ever to foster economic and social inclusion and to help mitigate climate change.” Our appreciation, Morocco and World Bank, for your collaboration to bring more eco-friendly and convenient means of travel to the happy people of your country. May all your citizens’ journeys be graced in Heaven’s protection.

Advanced satellite launched to track sea level rise more accurately.

A new satellite named Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich, a collaboration between the United States and Europe, has taken to the skies to more precisely measure the rising sea level, which is caused mainly by the expansion of the warming ocean waters and the melting of glaciers and ice sheets. This satellite will help to give a clearer picture of the effects of global warming at the regional level, where the rising sea level is higher in some places than others. It will also be able to monitor the movement of water around the planet. Our gratefulness, United States and European space agencies, for your ongoing projects to better measure the effects of climate change on the planet and its inhabitants. In the wisdom of the Providence, may your new satellite help to bring a greater awareness of the urgent need to adopt the compassionate vegan way of life to save our Earth.

Up next, Sweden to build one of the world’s largest wind-powered cargo ships. We will take a moment to thank the creative songwriters who collaborate with other artists across the internet during the pandemic to help write meaningful songs with beautiful and soothing melodies. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more engaging news.

Hallo, Earth-loving friends, it’s Matias the vegan Patagonian Mara. People call me a hero… because I am Vegan, I save lives! I know people call you a hero too for the same reason. Wow, we are heroes and the best. Today I’d like to offer a tip about mobile phones. Irrelevant notifications from various apps on your mobile phone may interrupt your workflow. To control which apps can send you alerts, tap on “Settings” and select “Notifications.” A list of all your apps and their notification controls will appear. Run through the list and turn each app’s notification settings on or off based on your preferences. If you have an Android 5 and higher device, you can do the same by selecting “Settings” and then “Sounds and Notifications.” Next, choose the “Do Not Disturb” option to turn off all notifications for certain times of the day. Thank you for tuning in. Love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. And now, the worldwide weather.

Wind-powered cargo ship could transform industry.

Swedish shipping company Wallenius Marine is developing a modern wind-powered cargo ship that takes inspiration from sailboats of the past. It will reduce carbon emissions by 90% compared to current models. Called Oceanbird, the ship is being designed in collaboration with Sweden’s KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Sweden-based maritime development company SSPA. It will be one of the world’s largest wind-powered carriers and have the capacity to transport 7,000 automobiles. The Oceanbird’s telescopic “wingsails” can rise up to almost 80 meters and turn 360 degrees in order to catch optimal wind. For use in ports, it has an auxiliary motor that runs on clean energy. The green cargo ship is expected to begin operation in 2024. Ahoy, Oceanbird, and many thanks all involved! Your ingenuity ushers in sustainable transportation of goods that protects our precious planetary home, in God’s light.

Five-story building relocates by “walking.”

In Shanghai, China, engineers have achieved a remarkable feat by attaching 198 hydraulic legs to the 85-year-old Lagena Primary School building and walking it to a new location in 18 days. Developed by the Chinese company Shanghai Evolution Shift, the innovative technology synchronizes the robot legs’ steps to imitate how we stride. Almost 6,900 metric tons in weight, the historically significant building was moved 62 meters down the street and rotated 21 degrees to make way for a new construction project. The former school is set to be a cultural and heritage center. Way to go, Shanghai Evolution Shift, for your amazing project. May China continue to advance in intelligent and thoughtful construction and engineering as the noble Chinese citizens prosper in the grace of the Buddha.

Eleven years later, rescuee becomes rescuer.

In 2009, Anthony Capuano’s life was saved by the quick arrival of first responders after being struck by a train in downtown Jersey City, New Jersey, United States. Unfortunately, he lost a leg in the accident. The now 29-year-old lifeguard recently rushed to the aid of 68-year-young Joseph Kadian, who had accidentally driven his car into New Jersey’s Newark Bay. Upon hearing shouts, Mr. Capuano took off his prosthetic leg and entered the water. He swam to the sinking car and pulled out the frightened Mr. Kadian, who does not swim. With the help of his friend, Marcelino Cruz, Mr. Capuano brought the driver to shore, and the gentleman has made a full recovery. Mr. Capuano has been lauded by many and interviewed by national television stations for his courageous rescue. We are happy for your safety, Mr. Kadian, and our immense gratitude, Anthony Capuano and Marcelino Cruz. May your selfless actions be an inspiration to many, in Divine goodness.

Coming up, Swiss chocolate manufacturer launches new vegan range. We are going to thank the creators of instant video messaging software and mobile apps that allow us to keep in touch with our loved ones. More favorable news coming up on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News Joyful News for a Smiling World.

Lindt releases vegan milk chocolate bars in United Kingdom.

Swiss chocolate manufacturer Lindt recently launched the Hazelnut, Salted Caramel and Cookie dairy-free bars in the UK. Produced using oat milk, the bars are wrapped in fully recyclable packaging. The Conscious Candy Company was the first store to stock them, and they sold out quickly due to exceptional demand. The popular chocolates are also available in Germany. Confectionery company Mars is also expanding its range of vegan chocolates. We look forward to trying your delicious New vegan chocolate bars, Lindt! May all other producers of chocolate treats worldwide soon similarly offer animal-friendly goodies as the vegan trend skyrockets, in God’s love.

Rare native Australian wallaby numbers increase.

After years of decline, the endangered yellow-footed rock-wallaby’s population has risen following rainfall in March 2020. Dr. Sarah Bell, the senior project officer of Saving Our Species, the state of New South Wales’ conservation program, said the precipitation helped restore their natural habitat and encouraged the marsupials to breed. A jump from 60 to 75 individuals was recorded in July 2020 in a colony found in New South Wales’ Mutawintji National Park. During droughts, park manager Leroy Johnson, a member of the Barkindji Nation, an Aboriginal group, installs food and water stations for the wallabies to aid their survival. Many thanks, Dr. Sarah Bell, Mutawintji Park Manager Leroy Johnson and all involved in preservation efforts for the beloved yellow-footed rock-wallaby. We pray all our animal co-inhabitants may live in peace and protection, in Divine guardianship.

Let’s bring a little fun into our lives with the joke of the day. This one is called, “Qualification.”

“So, Mr. Wilson, what are your qualifications for our night watchman’s job?”

“Well, I have one qualification that I think is very important: the slightest noise wakes me up.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Dominique in France:

Dear Master, In spite of inner difficulties, I hang on to the faith I have in You to go forward on the path to the Home You have prepared for us in the Heaven called New Realm. I pray hard that the veils before the eyes of humans dissipate quickly, and that everyone feels compassion and becomes vegan. Thank You, Dear Master, for coming (to this world) to help us. I feel so sad that You suffer so much because of us, out of Your Love. Please, Dear Master, receive my humble appreciation. I can’t find words strong enough to thank You. I love You so much, sincerely and respectfully. I want to thank also the Supreme Master TV team. They work diligently for the sake of everyone without sparing their efforts. We thank you all and pray for you. Dominique from Seine et Marne, France

Earnest Dominique, Thank you for your heartfelt message.
