Indian vegetarian diet lauded by newly elected US Vice President.

His Excellency JD Vance, the incoming Vice President, and a US Senator, has shared that his Indian-American wife Usha Vance (vegetarian) influenced him to explore Indian vegetarian cuisine. He also went on to say that Indian fare is delicious and encouraged people interested in vegetarianism to try it, as it offers many healthy alternatives. Mr. Vance also praised his wife’s Indian vegetarian cooking skills and credited her for steering him away from heavily processed foods to a more healthy and compassionate lifestyle. Usha’s mother was also instrumental in helping him learn how to cook Indian vegetarian food.
