Oceanic reserves are important parts of conservation efforts, and animal folk who call them home are deeply grateful for their existence. This reminds me of Little White and Little Grey, two beluga whale-individuals who were taken from Russian waters when they were only two years old and ended up confined in tanks in a Shanghai water park. The life spans of these sweet cetacean-people can range from 50 to 60 years, and they simply could not be restricted in such a small tank for the rest of their lives.
