INGREDIENTS (For all ingredients, please use organic versions if available)

For the Sticky Rice Flour Cake with Ready-Made Soy Protein Stuffing, the ingredients are: 500-600g of sticky rice flour (glutinous rice flour), 300g of ready-made soy protein & mushroom filling, 200g of black sesame, ½ liter of filtered water

SIDE DISH & SAUCES Fresh boiled vegetables Vegan stir fry sauce (soy paste)

For the Tapioca and Barley Dessert, the ingredients are: 200g of tapioca sticks (colored), 400g of barley, 200g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, Filtered water

“So, ready! Dinner for two. Romantic and delicious with the candlelight, of course. Today is the second week of Christmas (December), so I put two lights. The tradition says that the first week, you light one candle, the second week, you light two candles, and continue until the fourth week. I hope you have a very nice, festive month. Also smells nice. They use it in aromatherapy. For example, if you like to relax after a very tiring day, you put lavender. And if you like romantic, maybe you put vanilla, or rose essence, and you can also put sandalwood. I like sandalwood very much.”
