You have to try these dishes. They’re out of this world!

For the Savory Soy Protein Sticks, the ingredients are: Soy textured vegetable protein sticks, 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of raw black or white sesame, 2 tablespoons of soy paste or stir fry sauce, 1 teaspoon of mushroom or vegetable seasoning, Maggi, Black pepper, Orange juice

For the Simple Tofu Soy, the ingredients are: 200g of tofu, Black pepper, Soy sauce or Maggi, Roasted sesame

“So we can serve this with rice. It will be very nutritious and warm for winter, with a lot of protein in here. And sesame is good to keep you warm and keep all your joints loose, so you don’t feel pain in the joints. In Ayurvedic medicine, they use sesame oil to massage people when they have pain in their joints. OK, now we can turn off the heat. Now I’m going to put this on the rice. This is how we have it. You also can put a few pieces of seaweed around it for decoration, and you can, of course, eat it. It’s not illegal to eat seaweed with rice. This seaweed, they deep fried it in oil; it tastes fantastic, alone also, yes.”

“This is Heavenly Vegewine. (Oh. It’s made with Master’s recipe.) Yes! My recipe. Completely non-alcoholic. (Wow!) Zero percent. Good? (So fragrant!) Oh. Very good! OK. Then I’ll pour some more. It’s non-alcoholic. Very nice! (My whole body is warming up just after one sip.) Yes. Yes, yes, yes. It’s supposed to be like this. It’s meant to warm you up. Isn’t it beautiful? (Yes.) And nutritious as well. (Yes.) It warms you up too, good for winter. (Yes.) This is (non-alcoholic) red wine. (Red-colored wine.) Red wine. We also have white wine and rosé wine, the pink one. (Pink rose.) Rose-colored wine.

(Eh? Master, did You put ice cubes in?) Yes, yes, yes. You can drink this wine cold or warm.

As I was on retreat, I had only a tent in the wild. I didn’t have a lot of clothes either, so it was rather cold. And I was trying to find a way to warm myself up. That’s why I invented this. At that time, I called this ‘Heavenly Wine’ then because some of your fellow brothers and sisters came to see me. A few of them came, and I gave them as a treat. And then they said, ‘Wow! It’s so fragrant, just like the fragrance in Heaven.’ That’s why I named it ‘Heavenly.’ (It sounds nice, the name.)

Also, we can put more lemon juice in this wine. It’ll taste better. Delicious too. You can squeeze a few more drops of lemon juice into it or orange juice and the like. You can also mix them that way. You don’t have to drink it plain like this.”
