Growing up in San Diego, USA, where water conservation was mandatory, Brian Richter realized the preciousness of water from a young age. He went on become an international pioneer in conservation and river science, dedicating over 30 years to protecting this vital resource. Today, Brian Richter is the president of the worldwide water education organization Sustainable Waters, which provides accurate and up-to-date information about water scarcity, as well as resources for solving water problems for corporations, universities, governments and local communities.
