Next, mix in one cup (128 grams) of oats and one-fourth cup (32 grams) of vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips. If the mixture is too wet, add in several tablespoons of oats. Then scoop about one tablespoon (14 grams) of the mixture and set it on a cookie sheet. You can leave it in a round shape or flatten it out using your fingers if you wish.

This recipe makes approximately 12 to 16 cookies, depending on the size of your scoop. Then set the cookie sheet on the oven’s center rack and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. If your cookie scoops are larger, you will need to bake them for 20 to 25 minutes. Lastly, take the cookie sheet out of the oven and allow the treats to cool for several minutes prior to eating.
