Most of the people they get the (inner Heavenly) Light when they do the (inner Heavenly) Sound together. And sometimes, the Light, they hear the Sound. When they do the Sound, they see the Light, or both, see? It’s OK. Just let it be. Relax. (Is it OK to concentrate on the [inner Heavenly] Light as well during the [inner Heavenly] Sound?) Just concentrate on the Sound (OK.) and enjoy the Light as an extra bonus. (OK.) […]

We will treat specially some foreigners, so be prepared. It’s nothing much, just some symbolic thing that represents love. First, the white flakes: the white people like the French, the Americans, Germans, those from Canada, Switzerland – I didn’t forget you, see? [Et al]. Please come here. Come to the stage and get some (vegan) cakes. Quickly, before I change my mind. It’s alright if you’re cramped; then you can hop. Never mind, slowly, slowly. Hurry up! There aren’t enough things. Come here, come over quickly. Never mind, with shoes and everything, just sit around for a while. I wait for some more (vegan) cakes. It’s not enough. Can sit near.

Where do you come from? I forget. (Germany.) Germany. (France.) French. Ah, France, yes. (From Munich.) Munich. Yes. (Spain.) Spanish. Spain? Where do you come from? The city? (Valencia.) Valencia. OK. I said, only the white people; how come (Only one.) “yellow” also come? (One, from Denmark.) Denmark? You’re the only one from Denmark? (Yes. I’m the only one.) OK, sit down. Never mind. But you look white already. When you sit next to them, scared white.

From Denmark you’re the only one, right? (Yes.) How come? Nobody practices in Denmark? (No.) Why not? (I don’t know.) You don’t… (Maybe I stay at home all the time.) You stay at home all the time. Why? (I live in a small town.) OK. (There’s not much contact with others.) How did you get to know the teaching even from the small town? (I try to stand closer to my friends.) OK. (I don’t speak Danish. That’s no good.) Oh, that’s very good help. I’m sure people will understand you when you don’t speak their language. OK, come around – in front, also OK, but don’t stay in front of the camera. OK, now. I think all this belongs to you.

How come no… That’s it? No more? Any white people sleeping? No. Alright. You see that? One’s sleeping. Or do you think you are black, by the way? When I say white, I don’t mean only white. I’ve seen some people of color from America, too. Color is beautiful. Where is he now? Seen him sitting somewhere over there before. He sleeps? Or from the UK. I’ve seen one person there. Coffee color or something. Oh yes, yes, yes. Toffee, toffee color. Milk coffee, coffee milk, right? Sit here. Because most of them are white, so what can we do? I even have to put some powder on [to] make myself look white.

OK. That’s it, huh? Are you sure? I keep picking some now and again. Terrible. We have some also white and yellow, you know, half white, but they are living here, so I don’t think any problem. OK. This is for you. Extra super? Supper. Super supper. It’s for the wintertime. You can share with each other. Any questions? You can eat first and ask later. Everyone takes a handful. A big hand, a small hand, doesn’t matter. My God, I think I’ll save some. Take some. Please. It’s all for you. Take a handful. Take two handfuls. Yeah, you! Come here, you! I knew somebody was missing. Just now, she saw (vegan) candy, and she comes. Before, she was thinking maybe I’m going to do something to her. Come, take some. Take more, take more. Take it to your tent and eat slowly.

Any questions you want to ask? There are some more; I’m sure there are some more. Oh yeah, he’s here. There’s some more. Take some more. Please. Be generous to yourself. Be careful with the light, This one, that’s all. Alright. Take more, take more. (Can we give these to a friend?) Huh? (Can we give these to a friend? I mean, like a good friend or something?) Who is your friend? It’s for you alone. You don’t have any friend except me. Sit around for a while. Have a good look so that you don’t feel that your money has been wasted. Take more. Take to your tent.

How do you feel? The weather is fine, better than in Munich, by the way. Better than Denmark, for sure. Or not? (Yes. Sure.) And better than in France even. Right? (Yes.) In Paris – the snow must be so high. And in Denmark especially, huh? (Yes.) Brrr! Sweden? Anyone from Sweden? (Yes.) There must be one. You? From Sweden, the one and only. Very cold, huh? (Yes.) Colder than here. Actually, it’s not so bad in Europe. It looks cold, but it couldn’t be as cold as here, no? You wear the same in Munich, or not? Or more? Just look at that, look at that. Who said you can come now? Time is already up. Come here, take some (vegan) candies. If we stay here until tomorrow, then I’m sure some white flakes will keep coming. White faces. Take more. Don’t be shy, it’s all for you. Take more. Finished? Put it in your pocket and eat slowly. More, take more, honey, take more. More. It’s all for you. Take more, take a big handful. And you eat slowly. It’s cold here, so it’s alright. You can eat right now.

Any questions? New faces, huh? The new faces. I think someone is missing. Is he here? ([I’m] over here.) Oh, yeah? Oh! You lost some weight or not? (Not really.) No. No? Maybe the beard. Makes you look skinny. Alright. Where do you come from, brother? (Belgium.) Belgium. A new face, see? All new. Any questions? More questions? Yes. (I’m still not sure if it’s alright to do (inner Heavenly) Sound meditation on the airplane.) Yes, sure, but you have to cover yourself, (Yes. Thank You.) so that other people don’t think you are [weird] or something. Alright?

(It’s alright if they see me covered or...?) With cover. Must cover. On the airplane in the nighttime or during the flight, most of the people sleep anyhow. You can do it then. It’s less attention-catching. And you cover yourself is the best. I do that also sometimes. But it’s better to do it the proper way. Sometimes, on an airplane, the space is so tight, and the atmosphere is so agitating, it’s good to do the Quan Yin Method there. Sometimes, you need it; otherwise, you’d go mad. Me! Yeah. Alright? Any more questions? Alright? Then you may leave, go back to your places and look from afar.

Yeah, please. (I have a 12-year-old son, and he wants to meditate.) Twelve-year-old son, yes. (Yes. And a few times, he asked to meditate.) Yeah. (But I heard only at 16 years he can…) No, no. If he has parents who are initiated, then he can be initiated at 12 years old. (But he’s not pure vegetarian [vegan].) Then, tell him to be vegan. OK? Tell him if he wants to meditate with you, if he truly wants to go the way you go, then he must follow all the way you do.

Better not to teach children at random because they cannot control so much. Better not. Tell him to be vegan if he wants it so badly. (He does already.) Yeah, OK. Tell him you don’t force him, but because he wants to meditate, then he should follow it completely. Otherwise, there will be some kind of side effect, and this is unpleasant sometimes, especially for children. I don’t like to teach people just because I’ll have more disciples. I want them to be prepared properly so that they feel well spiritually and physically.

(So, my youngest son is already initiated, and…) Who? What? (My youngest son is initiated, and he wanted… he is 13 years old now.) He is what? (He is 13 years old.) Ah, 13 years old. And what else? (…and he received full initiation, and now he’s supposed to meditate for two and a half hours, but he can’t make it. What should he do now?) He can’t do it for two and a half hours? (No.) OK. Doesn’t matter because he is so young. (Yes.) And he still goes to school, right? OK. (Yes. Is it enough if he does 30 minutes of Sound meditation…) It’s OK, it’s OK. (Should he meditate on [inner Heavenly] Sound, then?) Yes, as much as possible. (Yes, he does that anyway, but should he definitely do 30 minutes of Sound meditation? Or… should he then also do [inner Heavenly] Light meditation?) He does as much as possible. OK? (So, no matter which meditation it is So, Sound… …Sound meditation…) No problem. He does as much as possible. (As he can. OK. Thank You.) And later, when he doesn’t have school, maybe he’ll have more time, and then he can practice completely. No problem. OK? Don’t give him any… How do we say “pressure?” How do you say “pressure?” (Impression.) No, no, not impression. Not so much pressure, yes. So young still. Yes, what’s going on?

No more. All satisfied? Really. Really, really. And you sit there boiling with questions. Really, you have no problems anymore? (I have problems with meditation.) What’s wrong? (I had… I was very unquiet, and I was very unhappy last year. But I heard that I was not really very clean with my food. I didn’t know. It was unconscious. And so I had real problems to meditate. So I hope it gets better now.) Is it better now? (Yes.) Yes? (Yes.) In these days it will become better. Alright? (Yes.) Try to concentrate and make the best use of the time you are here. Apart from eating and sleeping, try to meditate all the time – standing, lying, sitting. And not to dissipate your energy by talking (Yes.) or looking for friends. Then, immediately, it will improve. Alright?

(Master? I have one question.) Yes. (When I’m doing Quan Quang [meditation on the inner Heavenly Light], I get no vision. I see nothing when I’m doing Quan Quang. But when I’m doing Quan Yin [meditation on the inner Heavenly Sound], I start to see things.) You see some vision. (And I know [if] I use my imagination, I can get colors; that’s no problem. But in Quan Quang, there is just nothing; it’s just blank.) You should not use your imagination. (I don’t, I don’t. That’s why it’s blank.) Oh, OK, OK. (But when I’m doing the Quan Yin, sometimes I can see the colors, but I don’t follow them.) No problem. Just let it be. OK? (Let it be.)

(OK.) Otherwise, you will be divided, and both will disappear. (OK.) Don’t worry. You’re doing fine. You’re doing fine. You’ve improved. (Thank You.)
