I’m now excited to share with you an appetizing vegan snack tip from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan):

“Hallo there, wonder children of Heaven. God always loves you, good kids! Studying and having an active daily lifestyle need real good vegan food. Here is a cool and easy one: Boil a whole small pumpkin for about 15 minutes, until it’s soft for easy cutting. After carefully taking it out from the pot, halve it and take out the seeds. Then spread a handful of vegan shredded cheese on both halves, place them on a tray, and bake for 15-20 minutes in a mini oven at 230 degrees Celsius – or till the cheese has melted; optionally with a little Italian mixed herbs. There you have it! Enjoy as is or with toasted bread.”

That sounds soo delicious! Can’t wait to try it! Thank You, Master, for this lovely idea and inspiring us to explore more fun vegan goodies.
