A Simple Way to Make French Baguette Tastier: The Food Safety Suggestion from Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan)

Today, we are happy to share a tip from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai. “Rewarming a French baguette is a good idea as you never know who has touched it in the supermarket. It’s cleaner and more crispy that way. Should you happen to overheat it and the crust is too hard, just wet a face towel, wring all the water out, and wrap the baguette for 30 to 40 seconds, then press it gently to flatten it the way you want for your sandwich. It’s still crispy but not too bulky nor too hard as to hurt your gums. Enjoy! God loves you kids!”

We love You, Supreme Master Ching Hai! Thank You for this food safety suggestion. We look forward to trying it on our next delectable vegan sandwich.
