Celebrate life by being vegan and wow your friends and family with this yummy avocado chocolate mousse recipe. Combine a very ripe banana that has spotted brown skin, half of a ripe avocado, and 15 grams (1 tablespoon) of unsweetened cocoa powder into a small blender or mini food processor. Blend everything together until it’s smooth, adding 5-10 milliliters (1-2 teaspoons) of water or non-dairy milk as needed. If you like your desserts sweet, add 15 grams (1 tablespoon) of maple syrup. You can double or triple the recipe if you have more people. Chill the mousse for at least an hour and then it will be ready to be served!
