But you already have the Quan Yin Method and you have all kinds of other blessings that I told you, that you are aware of, and you also can meditate looking at the Sun. And you have so many, so much extra blessing. More than the person who meditates only on the Sun and has nothing, no knowledge of other things. That is why I am telling you that from the changes outside, we can perceive what is inside. Not everyone can see inner visions. Besides, sometimes when we go to higher realms, we may not be aware, because our mind is sometimes too complicated. If you have changed outside, that means you have changed inside.
