This morning I really understood why people appreciate Master very much. […] Because before, I used to see some of the gurus, teachers and all that, and people used to worship them and praise them and say, “Wow! You’re patient. You’re a symbol of patience, compassion, love, tolerance.” Anything! And I said, “What! He does nothing! He just goes around and lets people bow to him, and then he just sits there and then looks at people’s eyes! […] Now I know. Just to be able to sit there, he has to go through hell already first. […]

Everybody OK? (OK.) Everybody OK? Everybody OK? Do you like it here? (Yes.) Welcome to my home... your home, your home. Can I go pass or not through the Bodhisattvas’ belongings? Well, it’s cool here. I’m sorry, the air conditioning is coming, but I don’t know when. Could be ten more years if you have patience. We have a very big house, but not many people come. American? (Yes.) Looks like! Billy, you stay here? Eat again. (Yes.) Eat again. Aulacese (Vietnamese)? Yeah. From America? (Yes.) Oh! What is that? Why do you sit like this? Supposed to sit over there. Right? OK. I’m just going to say hallo, and see you later.

How are you? (Good.) Are there any Chinese over there? (Yes.) Where do you come from? (Taiwan [Formosa].) Coming from Taiwan (Formosa) and you sit like that? Taiwanese (Formosans) should come here to work, why do you sit like that? OK. How are you? (Good.) How are you? Are you still living there? (Yes.) In the mountain? Alone? Alone? (Yes.) In Malaysia? Still in the same place? OK. OK. I have said that I’m only here to say hallo to you. It’s not time yet. We haven’t eaten and are so hungry. You go and eat something, and then come back to have fun. Come back later. OK. (OK.)

Ah? Can they pitch tents here to stay? (Moving now.) (Moving.) (Moving tents. Moving.) What are you moving? (Moving the tents.) (Pitching tents now.) (Switching places with female initiates.) Oh. OK. OK. Can they hang hammocks here? Not bad. Since there’re only a few people this time, perhaps each of you can build a house and stay inside. No problem. You all failed the test, huh? Why are there so few people coming this time? Even the Taiwanese (Formosa) dared not come? Are you afraid? (We are not afraid.) I’ve been there and I’m still alive, which means it’s OK. See you later, in the afternoon. OK. So, I’ll see you [this] afternoon.

It’s cool. Here it’s cool. Enjoy the coolness. If it’s too hot somewhere, you just move to a... You contact persons have to take care of others. It’s a big place, so let them sit a little bit inside, it’s cooler. If somewhere is too hot, you just move to a better spot to sit, OK? Take care of yourself. Alright? Even though the weather has been “ordered” to be better, but sometimes it’s still very hot. I said that I have “ordered” the weather to be better, but it’s still hot. The Sun will still tan you. (Not bad already.) It’s already nice. (Nice already.)

This is supposed to be the hottest time. I said, If you know Cambodia, this weather’s already Godsent. It’s supposed to be the hottest month already. So it’s already “ordered” to be good. But take care of yourself. If it’s too hot over there, just sit here, understand? (Yes.) The ones who understand, tell the other ones, and all the contact persons take care of your people, OK? (Yes.) But don’t worry, even the Sun is “expensive.” You know in America or Europe, if you want to go and have a tan, it costs you many thousands of dollars. Is that not so? So here it’s free of charge, the Sun is free. See you later.

Did you meditate? (Yes.) Yeah, good? (Yes.) It’s cool today. You can even have a swim. If it’s too hot, there’s water available next door, right? (Yes.) You can splash it or have a bath over there. Have a shower or something. Well, everything is good here. So convenient, even water next to your seat. God cannot treat you better. You like the rain here or not? (Yes.) Yeah, except for leaking water. But it’s OK? (Yes.) You have enough places to take refuge? You two go and find a cool place over there. You two go there and find a cool place to sit. Go from the back, from behind. Over there. The boys are here. Boys in the back.

So, do you have more complaints today or not? (No.) No? I do! You like to hear? (Yes.) Every day I have a lot of complaints. I think I have to write a book – bestselling, “How to Complain,” because you can know how to complain, but it might not work at all.

You know what I was thinking this morning? (No.) This morning I really understood why people appreciate Master very much. Yes! Yes! I didn’t understand that before. I just told one of the people around me. I said, “Oh, I really understand now.” Because before, I used to see some of the gurus, teachers and all that, and people used to worship them and praise them and say, “Wow! You’re patient. You’re a symbol of patience, compassion, love, tolerance.” Anything! And I said, “What! He does nothing! He just goes around and lets people bow to him, and then he just sits there and then looks at people’s eyes! That’s all! And then why do people praise him so much? What about patience and endurance and all this?” Now I know. Just to be able to sit there, he has to go through hell already first.

Ah! It’s impossible. The human mind is really sometimes hell itself. It’s incredible, huh? If you have to work with a lot of people, you know. Anybody knows? No. You don’t. Nobody works with a lot of people? OK. Is it cool today? It’s cool? (Yes.) Or do I have air con or something here? Something there? (No.) No? So, the wind just comes from you? Yeah, I don’t have air con or anything, but it feels cool. And the fan doesn’t work either. So it must be good. You like it still? (Yes.) Yeah, I’m worried that you don’t feel comfortable because it’s new, newly developed, and the weather might be not suitable for you. But you feel OK? (Yes.) Really?

OK, now anybody have any question? (No.) No? (No.) Then why are you here? (Meditate.) (To look at You.) (To see You.) To see me. OK. Any other reason? (To hear Your teachings.) Hear my teaching! Can I even teach you, “the greatest beings, the center of the universe”? How can I ever teach human beings? Do you see that? He agrees. That’s just an arrangement from Master Power to let you know this is truly so. Really you don’t have questions? Every day I meditate, I hear you – very noisy! “Oh, Master, please do this.” “Oh! Master, why is this?” “Please, Master…” And then now you come here, and you have no questions. I don’t believe this. Maybe you [just] like Cambodia, who knows?

Hey! What’s the matter, honey? Are you crying or is there something wrong? (No.) No. Huh? (No.) No what? (No, I’m not crying.) Not crying, you laugh! Yes, sometimes when we’re too happy and we’re too sad, it’s the same thing – tears are coming down. And when we’re in pain or in pleasure, it looks almost identical. That’s what Hermann Hesse says in his book “Siddhartha.” OK, if you don’t have any questions, then let’s have some jokes. That’s the best. Just laugh everything out, because otherwise I will cry, you know. I feel like crying everyday whenever I’m around people, my beloved “disables”... I always feel like crying.
