I have a handy homecare tip to share with you! It is important to keep the seal on your windows intact, because insects can enter through the holes and cracks in the window frame. Old windows are more prone to cracks and make it easier for little critters to come in, therefore these spaces need to be blocked up. Examine your windows carefully and search for any crevices. If you notice some, then use a sealer like caulk to plug the holes. Please note that sealing off the holes is only a temporary fix. As time goes by, the glue on the window frames deteriorates, resulting in many cracks for insects to crawl into. This is especially the case if the windows are of low-quality. If you see that the sealant doesn’t last, or cracks keep on coming up, consider purchasing a new window. Invest in a high-quality product as this will save you money in the long run, labor-wise and since it comes with a high-end window frame seal that will keep bugs out. Additionally, it will better insulate your home, making it more energy-efficient, thereby allowing you to save on utilities.
Let’s wave that magic laughter wand for the joke of the day to appear. This one’s called “Happy.”
A wife is complaining to her husband:
“Honey, you promised me that once we married, you would happily take me on a global tour. Why haven't you done that yet?”
“Because up until now, I still haven't felt happy.”
