Much like the photographs I take, I strive to live in the moment. However, life’s twists and turns can sometimes be overwhelming. During such times, I am reminded of the wise advice from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) on the importance of Quan Yin (inner Heavenly Light and Sound) meditation, originally shared in a lecture in Auckland, New Zealand.
“Once we go into a higher level (of consciousness), we can look down and see what’s wrong in our life and then we can fix the different departments and make our lives better. That’s why meditating people become happier and their lives smoother; they’re clearer and everything’s better for them automatically. ‘Seek you first the Kingdom of God and all the things shall be added unto you,’ that’s what it means.”
Our gratitude and love, Cherished Master. Your Guidance is a constant source of comfort and inspiration, especially Your reminder that meditation is the best way to navigate life’s overwhelming moments.
