Today I'd like to offer a hair tip for you. Believe it or not onion juice can be applied to your hair and scalp, to potentially enhance hair growth by increasing the blood supply to the area. Onions are anti-inflammatory and furthermore, they contain antibacterial and antifungal properties. To prepare the onion juice, you will need to chop up an onion into little pieces and blend it until a smooth paste appears. Next, use a soft cotton cloth to strain the paste so there are no onion chunks remaining in the juice. Then soak a cotton pad in the juice and apply it topically all over your entire scalp. Use your fingers to massage your scalp for several minutes. Let the juice absorb into your skin and hair for one hour and then wash it off with cold or lukewarm water. Shampooing your hair after that will get rid of the onion smell. For the best results, you can repeat this process three times weekly. You’ll have healthier, faster growing hair in no time!
The giggle shipment has just arrived containing the following joke. Let’s take a look. It’s called “Direct Sunlight.”
A daughter was excited to begin a new garden at her new home, but after some days, she called her mother, sounding a bit discouraged.
“Mom, I don’t think I’ll ever get these flowers planted!”
“Why is that sweetie?”
“Because the package says to plant in direct sunlight, but it’s been cloudy for a week!”
?!
And now we have a heartline from Abrani in Iran:
Greetings and love to you. Wishing a new and enthusiastic beginning for You, Supreme Master Ching Hai. I am Abrani from Iran, and three decades have passed since my current life on Earth. “Abrani” means “Rain.” I have been living alone for many years. From the age of 3 to the age of 14, I unintentionally experienced deep silence and solitude in the heart of the desert, in a village in Iran.
In the middle of the second decade of my life, a question arose in me: “Could walking be any different?” I started inline skating and experienced and understood the bigger part of society. I understood the world of action and reactions, and the teachings that imposed speed and stress on everyone. Even later, I realized that it is difficult for many people to relate to walking, just as they can’t relate to their bodies and obesity; and their social, friendly, and partnership relations with people will be problematic; and our relations with nature, upon which the effect of humans is only pollution.
For this reason, at the age of 20, I chose to study archeology at the university instead of mathematics. I was thrown to the city in the northwest of the country, and everything started to be in line with my nature and rebirth, and from the first days, I started the art of sketching. Sketching human skeletons inspired me to learn about human anatomy. It has been a decade now that I have been following the treatments of complementary medicine and manual therapy, with knowledge of the human body, in a practical and scientific way. I have been learning TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), which is an ancient Chinese science. In addition to this, I am also learning about neuropsychology studies to some extent...
I was often a fruitarian since my childhood because my grandfather had a farm in the village. I have been a vegetarian for the past two decades and a pure vegan for three years. I can write a book for You about the trips I have made to 90% of cities of Iran and the experiences I have had and felt. About three years ago, I received a photo of You sitting under a white umbrella from one of the Iranian initiates, and I always listen to Your chanting. With the sound of Your Hallelujah, I experienced wonderful moments in pure nature.
My vision for life is to experience traveling and sharing the green vegan way on different continents. The power I feel in my being could be immensely healing in this green path. I am asking Your help to get initiation. I believe my letter will reach You. If possible, [please] suggest a way to use my inner strength for Your green path. I pray for the blessing and support of Your wisdom for the people of the Earth, and I ask every moment that I could be a small help in pure and effective actions. May happiness be with You, Abrani from Iran
Brave Abrani, It is inspiring to read about your unique life experiences and how you are walking your spiritual path and helping others be vegan.
Master has this supportive and comforting reply for you: “High-minded Abrani, thanks to Allah’s Grace, your message has reached me. I send you my eternal Love and will support you on your spiritual journey. Know that I walk with you as you are courageously helping others, and that I am so very proud of you. I pray that the Heavens may protect you and picturesque Iran always, shining forgiveness on those who sincerely repent and seek mercy. God is Great. Love to you and your Land.”
