Start out by washing 100 grams of enoki mushrooms and then divide them into 6-8 bunches. Cut a sheet of nori seaweed into strips and wrap the strips around the middle of the mushroom bunch and seal it with water. Add ½ cup (60 grams) of all-purpose flour in a bowl, then a little bit of salt, pepper, and paprika powder to taste and mix well. Use the flour mixture to lightly coat the mushroom portion of the wrap and set it on a plate. Add three tablespoons (40 grams) of oil to a non-stick pan and set the mushroom wraps in it when the oil is hot. Fry each side until they are both golden and place on a plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. To serve, drizzle your favorite sauce on top! Bon appétit!
