“Hallo, respected Master. Hallo, all honorable guests. I have been a disciple for almost 3 years. The first experience I had was while I was meditating on the (inner Heavenly) Sound. While I was sitting there, I heard Music which was loud and melodious. It was very loud above my head. And after that, my brain, my head, seemed to expand and then contract again. And afterwards, there was a feeling of euphoria as if my body didn’t exist. That euphoria, I don’t know how to describe it with words. Because it is a feeling that is hard to put into words. After that, during my meditation, I always hear the (inner Heavenly) Sounds from within. Every day when I meditated, I felt happy with the beautiful (inner Heavenly) Music I heard. […] In addition to the small inner experiences mentioned, after I meditated, my health improved a lot. […] Even though some say that skinny people can’t eat vegan food because they’ll get even skinnier, it’s not true at all. I became vegan and I gained a few kilos. From the few experiences I’ve had through meditation it has given me a lot of confidence. The Quan Yin Method can guide me through challenges.
