Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the major holidays in Asia. It is said that the moon on this day is the roundest and brightest, which symbolizes family reunion. The moon has various spiritual meanings. For some religions, the full moon is powerful. It is considered suitable to meditate and cleanse one’s energy under the moon. It is believed that moonlight is symbolic of love and purification.
