In today’s news, European Union provides emergency aid to Myanmar amid hunger crisis. US study identifies dozens of viruses in dust collected from buildings, educational opportunities broadened through alternative schools in India, competition in Malta honors student entrepreneurs for innovative business ideas, Brazilian kayaker rescues bird-person in critical condition, organic vegan granola brand introduces new cashew and vanilla product in United States, and new Australian wildlife-people bridge reconnects habitats over major highway.

Staying healthy with exercise and a good diet is sooooo important. Here is a health tip for you. Shingles is a viral infection caused by the varicella-zoster virus – the same virus responsible for chickenpox. You could get it if you’ve had chickenpox before. Early signs include tingling, burning pain, and sometimes skin discoloration. You may even get a headache or fever a little before the rash appears. Antiviral medications are commonly prescribed to reduce symptom severity and duration. These medications work best when started within 72 hours of the rash emerging. Early treatment may speed recovery and reduce the risk of complications, including chronic nerve pain. To help prevent transmission, keep the rash covered once blisters appear, avoid touching or scratching them, and wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. Additionally, avoid contact with pregnant women who have never had chickenpox or the chickenpox vaccine, those with weakened immune systems, and premature or low-birth-weight infants, until your rash turns into a dry scab. Rest, hydration, and avoiding activities, sunshine or products that may irritate the skin are important parts of recovering from shingles.

Now it’s time to receive some laughter treatment with the joke we have at hand. It’s entitled, “No Save Button.”

Trevor walked into the kitchen and said to Marissa:

“I had a brilliant idea in the shower.”

“Great. What was it?”

“I lost it while reaching for a towel.”

Marissa nodded.

“Yeah. Ideas tend to evaporate quickly; that’s why I never turn my fan on.”

?!

And now we have a heartline in Korean, with multiple-language subtitles, from Min Seo in South Korea
