I would like to share a helpful cat-person hygiene tip with you. Did you know that as your feline friend’s claws grow, the outermost layer of their nails start to shed after losing its blood supply? As a result, the old nail parts will fall off with scratching or clawing, which cat-people just love to do, and a sharper, healthier claw will remain. Although this process typically goes smoothly, there is a chance that the claw doesn’t shed and thus becomes ingrown, which can be pretty painful. Therefore, it should be treated as quickly as possible. Signs you can look for in a cat-individual with a painful, ingrown claw are that they may compensate by using one limb over the other, or they may limp to avoid exerting extra pressure or pain on the affected limb. If your feline-person companion’s ingrown claw just began to make contact with the pad, you generally can resolve this issue at home by trimming their nails and cleaning the pads. But if you aren’t able to trim their nails or there is bleeding to the ingrown nail, or the pad displays any signs of infection like a pus discharge, swelling, or warmth, it would be best to consult your veterinarian. Your feline friends will feel much better after getting the problem addressed!

Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai and fully dedicated Supreme Master TV team, While looking at Master’s picture hanging on the wall in front of the center hall, I am very grateful and happy that there is always a way to come and attend group meditation. It is a great Blessing and Grace from Master to me that I can arrive at the center to meditate. Before and after the initiation event in April 2023, I had the opportunity to join group meditation with the Quan Yin messenger. It felt like meditating in the ashram in Taiwan (Formosa).
The next week, I had a chance to join the group meditation at the center. During meditation, I saw Master’s manifestation body standing up among us disciples, who at that time had just finished group meditation, and we were sitting in a U-shape. Master was wearing peach and pink Punjabi clothing with a turban-like head covering of the same color. Master took one of the initiated sisters’ hands and hugged her. I was amazed by Master’s presence at the center. And now, I absolutely believe that Master’s manifestation body is always at the center. It was an extraordinary inner vision that I saw Master right in front of me, because I have been practicing spiritually for 14 years, yet I have never had the experience of meeting Master in person, whether at the Kaohsiung, Hsihu, or New Land Ashram, or in a dream.
