As you grow more into meditation, you’re healed. As you grow more into spiritual practice, maybe your episodes will be less. Let’s hope so! Do your best. OK, love? You still look good (Thank You.) and handsome. (Thank You.) Everybody has a little karma here and there, but be happy that you are not the worst, right? (Yes.) You still can walk, run, enjoy, and come here, go there, talk English even!

(Can You tell me how many hours I have to meditate to make good progress?) Three hours of the (inner Heavenly) Sound, six hours of the (inner Heavenly) Light…
