It’s just sometimes your brain forgets when you come back from the higher world, your mind doesn’t see or forgets. Just like when you sleep and you have a beautiful dream, vivid, very vivid; like real – when you wake up you forget everything. (Yes. I just get the experience in my dream.) Just like that. (Not, not in meditation.) It’s the same. At night when you sleep, it’s all meditation.
Anywhere, when your mind is free, you do the meditation. When you don’t have to think, you do the meditation. When you walk, when you sit on the bus, when you have a meal or something, try to do the meditation with the Five (Holy) Names.
Maybe you’re used to listening to the telephone all the time, before, on the left, so now it becomes a habit. So try to now just listen with the telephone and everything on the right side. And sleep on the right side. Try to remember to sleep on the right side. On the back or on the right side, not on the left side, when you sleep. (Thank You.) You’re welcome. And you have to recite the Five Holy Names or the Blessing, for a long time before you do the Quan Yin (inner Heavenly Sound). For half an hour or one hour, do the Quan Quang (inner Heavenly Light) first, and then later do the Quan Yin (inner Heavenly Sound) to minimize the problem. More concentration.
