“80% of the world’s population lives in areas where the fresh water supply is not secure.” Wow! 80% of us live in the non-secure water supply area. 80% of the world! This is all red here. It’s non-secure area. The red, it means extreme risk of water shortage.

The green, dark green are also high risk of water shortage. Could be anytime no water or contaminated water. And it’s not even the light green are no risk. It’s “low risk” only. So the whole world is in danger of water problems. You see? Red or dark green or low green, same.

Twenty thousand liters of water to produce one kilo of beef. Oh, this we all know, yeah? Four hamburgers is the water equivalent to a year’s showers! We all knew this, but I read it again. “A vegan diet requires 300 gallons of water a day, versus a meat diet, which requires 4,000 gallons a day.”

This is a prediction of the future droughts from 2000 to 2009. This is very little red. The red area means drought. From 2000 to 2009, it’s still not that much. And then from 2030 to 2039, they predict because of the emission of greenhouse gases, there will be more droughts, more hot, so more drought. And then from 2060 to 2069, if the emission of greenhouse gases continues, then they calculate that almost the whole world’s in drought.

And then even then from 2090 to 2099, even the Arctic, I see here, this is almost the North Pole area, this begins to have also some drought. And almost the whole world is red. I wonder if our children’s children’s children will have enough water to drink, not to talk about giving to animals. If we don’t stop the greenhouse gas emissions due to animal products, and if we don’t stop the use of too much clean water for the animal industry, then our children’s children’s children will probably die, die from thirst. It’s terrible.
