(He believes that this Method is very good. That’s all.) (Then I have a master over there but he will not initiate at the age of 24, so I am waiting for 4 years which is too long for me, so I want to meditate as soon as possible to reach higher realms…) (So, do you seek for the method or the real Master?) (I think all the real Masters are the same, their Souls are the same.) (Alright.) What is he saying? (He said that… He said that this method, the Quan Yin Method is very good.) Give him the earphone. Yeah. And then? (This method is very good. So he said that this method is the same. He thinks it’s the same. And so he wants to learn the Method first. As for this so-called enlightened master, it doesn’t really matter at all.)
I just don’t like to compete. I only want that… If a person likes it, really likes to learn with me and trusts me, then he can come. Just come. Since he doesn’t believe or has doubts, then I won’t force him. That’s what I mean. It’s not that I don’t welcome him. I just don’t randomly grab disciples. That’s what I mean. If he’s not really here for Master, then there’s no need to get initiation. We can just be good friends. […] So you think it over and come tomorrow. (OK.) You think first what you’d like to do. But I appreciate your honesty. I cherish his heart of honesty because he’s only 20 years old and doesn’t yet understand. But he’s honest. Very sincere and honest. I don’t want him to have that kind of inner struggle, so it’s up to him to decide. Alright. It’s fine. I can also accept him, then I have one more disciple. For example like that. But I cannot tell him the consequence, the mental struggle he’ll face. So, let him decide for himself. If he wants to come and follow Master, I’ll also accept him. If he wants to continue struggling, it’s also OK with me, and I’ll also accept him. However, I’ve told him already.
OK, any other questions? Another question? Is there any? If not, I’ll go upstairs to see those who are being initiated, to see how they’re doing now. (They’re in the initiation process and meditating on the [inner Heavenly] Light.) Only doing the (inner Heavenly) Light meditation? (Master, may I respectfully ask You this: You said that when we go inside and reach a very high level, our body can emit Light. Is it true?) Seeing the Light? (He said that during meditation, when we reach a very high level, our body will emit Light. Is it true?) It’s true. True. (It’s true.) It’s true. We’ve all seen it. How about it? (If it’s true, can Master show it to us?) For you to see? (Yes.) Why should I show you? (No. For us… to strengthen our faith.) You can’t see it even if I’m emitting Light. If you can’t see it, you can’t see it. If you can see it, you can. You don’t see it now – that means you don’t see it. If you were meant to see it, you’d have seen it already. I don’t have to try. Why should I deliberately emit Light for people to see? I have it all the time! It is just that you can’t see it with your mundane human eyes. (Oh.) Our mundane eyes can’t see the brightest (inner Heavenly) Light. Sometimes we must elevate our wisdom to see higher realms. Therefore, if I could show you, I’d have shown you already. No need to talk so much about it. Troublesome.
When Shakyamuni Buddha was alive, He had Light. When we paint His pictures now, He is still very bright. But when He was alive, how many people could see His Light? If they could have seen it, the whole of India would have followed Him and been initiated by Him. Why would anyone still have wanted to kill Him? Or debate with Him, or insult Him. Understand? OK. Same with Jesus Christ. There is also Light when we see Him in pictures. All spiritual practitioners have Light, but mundane beings cannot see it. Nothing can be done about that. But after you practice for some time, maybe you’ll see it, or during your initiation, maybe you’ll see it. Sometimes you just see it like this. Sometimes when I am giving lectures, people see it. I don’t deliberately show them the Light to attract their faith, nor do I deliberately hide it from you. It all depends on your blessed reward, your affinity, and your spiritual level. You’ll see it when you’re sincere, OK?
(Does spiritual practice mean we have to meditate?) Is he talking about initiation? (He is asking whether spiritual practice requires meditation.) (Does spiritual practice mean having to meditate?) Yes, you have to meditate. But meditation doesn’t mean we just sit there. It’s our mind that meditates. But when we meditate, it’s best to sit down, so that we can calm down. Otherwise, if we move randomly, we can’t calm down. It’s not that we must sit to be serene, but we can only be serene when our mind is serene. But when we sit down and our mind is tranquil, we can stay serene longer. If we move around, walk around, our tranquil mind becomes more easily distracted, and it’s harder to concentrate. That’s why we must sit quietly. But just sitting is not good enough. We should know how to sit. We should focus on our mind, not on the body. It’s not the body that’s meditating. Understand? (Yes.) OK. (Thank You, Master.) You’re welcome.

(and then You told us that You’ll help the relatives and everything to be in a better life.) Yeah. (I don’t know, but I read some books about the law of karma.) Yeah. (Would that be a little bit in conflict with this law of karma, because the law of karma says…) Each one… (What you do…) Yeah. You reap what you sow. Yeah, understand. (You will get whatever you… the result.) That’s right. Right. (Nobody else can help you.) Right! That’s correct. That is correct. As far as the material world is concerned. (I see.) But when you go above the material world, you can do anything that doesn’t concern the material laws. For example, when I’m in Indonesia (Yes.) I have to abide by the law of your nation. (Right.) They could cancel my talk anytime they want. But when I’m in Taiwan (Formosa) I need not be concerned about your law here. I talk anytime, any place.
(You mean the law of karma only applies in our world?) What? (You mean the law of karma…) The law of karma only applies in your world, not in my world. (I see.) So I can take you up and not care about this. (I see.) (So, if the law of karma doesn’t apply outside our world, why should we worry?) What? (Why should we worry?) Why not worry? (Well, if I do a lot of bad things then one day somebody helps me to… when I pass away and somebody helps to lift me up…) If somebody helps you. (Well, at least, let’s say my son helps me, and then I can go to a better life.) How would your son help you? Only if he truly has practiced and he earns a lot of merit. Just like you, maybe you owe him 100,000 dollars. (That’s right.) But then you know somebody, a good friend or somebody who loves you, maybe your wife is rich, and she gives you 100,000 dollars, no problem. She has billions, billions of dollars (Yes.) and she gives you 100,000 dollars, no problem. Sure. It’s you who owe him, but you don’t have to pay, you see? Because your wife loves you and pays for you. In the same way, the Master loves the disciple and pays the debt for the disciple, so you’re free. (Yes but…) But you have to repent and not do it again. (I know.) So…
(But as far as I understand what I did in my past life is what I got in this life.) Right. (That means, well my) Fixed. (understanding is it’s the law of karma.) Yeah. That is fixed, I won’t change that, (I see.) but I will burn away all the rest and stop the future one, so you don’t (Oh, I see.) have to come back again. (Oh, I see.) What is fixed, already written in this life, you have to bear. For example, you’re short, you’re tall, you’re fat, you have this wife or not that wife; everything’s already written. (Right.) That doesn’t need to change. But you have plenty of karma left over in the store, and that needs to be burnt away, so you don’t have to come back and reap that in the future. Also, I will teach you meditation to clear up some of the present heavy burdens, so your life is more comfortable. And also help you when you cannot carry it during this life. But we don’t change much, cannot change too much, but we can help. Understand? (I see.) And the future life, you don’t have to come back because the Master will take you up.
(So what You are saying is that whatever I did bad, somebody else can share the burden if that person tries to help me.) Yeah, spiritually. (They would be… Yes.) Only when that person is strong in spiritual practice. Not everybody can help you. The Master can. (I see.) Or your relative can, if he practices well and he’s high level, he can pull you up also. OK? (Oh, I see. Thank You.) Yes. It’s very logical. Nothing… (Yes, it’s… My mind is a little bit doubtful because of what I understand the law of karma is. So what you did is what you got.) But it’s OK, you understand? Or, you accept it or not? Or you don’t understand yet? (Yes, well, it’s still doubtful.) OK. (Sorry about that.) OK. I told you already, like somebody has a lot of money in this world. And if you owe someone 5,000 dollars, maybe you cannot pay. But that person gives you the money to pay, and you’re free. Now, in spiritual matters also, if he is very high level, has a lot of merit, he can give you some share.
(That logic I can understand. Yes. But, the way I understand the law of karma is: you did something, somebody else cannot pay for you. You have to pay yourself.) You pay in this life already. That’s enough. (Is it?) And you don’t have to pay again next life. (I see.) You pay… What you pay in this life is only a portion of your karma. There is much more left over waiting for you next life. (Oh.) If you don’t have a Master to help you to burn that up, to erase it, to throw it away, to do something about it, you have to come back again to reap that karma, and including this life’s new karma, added together. (Yes, I understand. This means I have to pay for myself.) You cannot pay [it] all yourself. Therefore, the Master must help you. (Oh, I see. Yes, the Master helps me to be...) Overcome. (Yes.) Yes, yes, yes. Burn all this up and let you bear only a little, what is already written in this life. Otherwise, you can never pay. (The thing that I don’t understand, how come somebody else can pay for me. How can they?) No. Burn it up. (Oh!) Burn it up.
You see, I’ll tell you again. Now we are transmigrating. Yeah? (Yes.) Up and down all the time (Right.) being human and all that, many lives, and we create many connections, many debts or many misunderstandings, many mistakes, much karma, so-called karma. (Yes.) Now, when you’re born in this life again, a portion of this karma (Yes.) is assigned to you in (Right.) this life, 80 years or something, so you have to live it out. And there is 80% left over, the rest in the storeroom. (Yes.) And by the way, when you live this life, you create new karma. (That’s right.) It is that you’ve added more to the storeroom. So now, if you don’t run out of all these things, you can never be liberated. You have to come back again, again, again, again, all the time. So now the Master helps you to burn all this 80% away, and leave only this portion of karma for this life, which is already allotted, we cannot change. But the Master will ease it up, (I see.) make it more comfortable for you.
(Yes, I mean...) Yes, in this life even. (Maybe You can help me just to…lighter…) Lighten the burden. (the burden of the karma.) Yes. (But it doesn’t mean You can burn the past, for my past.) I burn all the past, why not? (Is that possible?) Possible. (Possible.) You erase all the computer’s information, the way I do with the karma. Only I know how, but if I cannot do that, I am not worthy to be a Master. Why be a Master if I cannot help you with anything? If you have to bear your karma, you have to do everything, then why am I here? What for? (Maybe the… as far as I understand, maybe You can, in this life, You help me to be a better person, so I can do less bad things. So there’ll be maybe…) Next time, come back again. Who can be sure that you will come back next time and you will remember all these good things? Even when you come back next time, you do even worse things, and you’ll never get out. (Never get out.) Never. (Yes.) So someone has to be of help. A poor person who doesn’t even have enough to eat has a debt of 10,000 dollars. How can he help and then make more money again? He’ll get worse and worse. [Unless] someone comes and helps him – then immediately clean, go. (OK. Thank You.) It is not difficult, but it is for the worldly thinking. (That’s right.)
I’m not operating within the material law, which is very tight and mean. (Yes.) I’m operating from the Universal Loving Law, from the FATHER Who will forgive all things, for anyone who comes to HIRM for forgiveness. And that’s no law, only Love. And Love erases everything, burns everything, forgets everything. You love your child; you forgive him everything that he’s done. (Of course.) But if he does it to the neighbor, the neighbor will beat him. Sometimes, if he does bad things to the neighbor, the neighbor will beat him and scold him, and then never want to talk to him again. But if your son does some bad thing to you, you forgive him. (Of course. But this life, I understand this life from my experience, but I get the information outside of our world, or maybe from the Bible, from those things that I have never experienced. Well as far as I know…) Then get experience. (I’ve never experienced it.) Get initiation and see it. (OK.) Otherwise, how do you know? I cannot drink vegan milk for you if you don’t want to come and take vegan milk. (Right.) I invite you to drink only, and if you don’t drink it, of course you’ll never know.
