Today, it is a pleasure for us to introduce you to one of these flourishing vegan businesses. Silvia Voltolini and Fabrizio Trevisson are the owners of the famous vegan bakery and deli, Ratatouille Vegan Food. Just like Simona and Franco, Silvia was one of the many volunteers who helped out during the Turin VegFestival. Silvia's wish was that everyone may be able to satisfy their sweet tooth while inflicting no harm to our animal cohabitants. Her love and dedication have helped many people to transition to a vegan diet.
