Over 4,000 years ago, a heavenly affinity joined the majestic Dragon King Lac Long Quan and the gentle Fairy Au Co together. This magical relationship prolonged the Hong Bang era, and was the forefathers of Van Lang country. However, during its thousands of years of history Van Lang had also experienced many rises and falls. But miraculously, again and agin, this nation has overcome all obstacles to become the prosperous and independent of country Âu Lạc (Vietnam) today. Furthermore, Âu Lạc in the current time, is immensely blessed to be the birthplace of Supreme Master Ching Hai, the world-renowned Spiritual Master. And it is She who has lovingly given this beautiful land the new name “Âu Lạc,” connoting the best wishes for this country.
