Hi there, I’m Mason, a vegan gentleman from the Meerkat kingdom. Wouldn’t it be great to wake up every day to a world of kindness? This we can achieve so easily if we all turn towards our compassionate nature.

Today we are excited to share with you a tasty and nutritious lunch idea from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai: “Hi cool kids. Here is a simple and quick fix for lunch: cut a small pumpkin into bite-size pieces, with or without the skin. Layer the cubes in an oven-proof tray or glass bowl. Throw some cut vegan cheese or vegan cheese slices on top of the first layer. Continue with the second, and or third layer. Pop it in a mini oven for about 26 to 30 minutes, until the pumpkin becomes tender and ready to eat. Pay attention so that it doesn’t get burned, as different ovens might have different outcomes. Serve with bread or rice. Enjoy! God Loves you kids.”
