Today we have an important safety tip from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan).
“Hi smart kids, maybe you have seen the news about people who fall down the stairs, injuring themselves or dying – each year, tens of thousands or more. So be careful. While going down or up the stairs, make sure to go slowly, even if you are in a hurry. To ensure your safety, hold on to the rail, and while going down, you should place your heel next to the step behind you, and while climbing up, your toes should kind of rub against the step in front. Life must be treasured and well-lived. You are the future generation world pillars. Take good care. God loves you good kids.”
And we love You, Supreme Master Ching Hai. Thank You for reminding us all to take care of our precious lives.
