It is our honor to introduce Ms. de la Bigne to you in this two-part series. She is a passionate French animal advocate, journalist, and for 12 years was a presenter for a daily program aired by the French national radio network France Info. This thoughtful lady has authored many books, including “The Secrets of Animal Intelligence.” In 2016, she established an annual event called the Animal Summer Gathering, inviting scientists from various fields and people from all walks of life to present on topics relating to animal intelligence. Yolaine will share with us her in-depth understanding of the animals that she has gained over many years. “I had a media entity dedicated to the environment for 10 years called Néoplanéte, which had an online radio station, a free printed magazine and a website.
