First off, a messy house will increase the risk of tripping and falling over things. This can lead to serious injuries, especially if you fall down the stairs or step on glass. Furthermore, if you don’t keep up with cleaning, it will be more difficult to do when you have to. To help with this, adhere to a schedule where you allocate 10-20 minutes to cleaning daily. Additionally, if bedsheets are not washed frequently, they can cause skin irritations, dermatitis, and asthmatic symptoms. Regular vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and washing can help prevent these issues. Lastly, if you stop cleaning, the vent systems and air ducts can get blocked with accumulated debris and dust, which can circulate in the air precipitating allergies and other respiratory issues.

During my meditation several days ago, I suddenly saw many noble and radiant images of Master flying out swiftly amidst bright Light, as if They were riding on UFOs. Wow! It’s so amazing and awesome. So many Masters appeared together at the same time, which made me feel so satisfied.
I remember Master once said that the one who practices really sincerely will get a lot, a lot of benefits, and that’s the truly good result: “The best glory you’ll find in meditation, in bettering yourself, in making yourself become a very beautiful citizen of this world. That’s how you glorify me. There is no other way.”
