Dr. Johnson believes that besides being able to enhance creativity and heal, lucid dreams can be spiritual experiences. Lucid dreaming can bring us closer to God, or our own idea of the Divine. Another wonderful thing to try, if you can in a lucid dream, is to meditate. And that can bring you to these states of absolute oneness and bliss. And these states are very rejuvenating, because you wake up feeling doubly alive. So, there are some amazing journeys to be had in lucid dreaming, and everyone’s journey is slightly different.
