These are better than immediately checking your phone which you are advised to delay. Another way is to apply the two-minute rule: if something takes less than two minutes and benefits your health, like drinking water, stepping outside for fresh air, or stretching, do it right away. Make time for regular strength-building movement to help reduce the risk of sarcopenia and osteoporosis in older life. Prioritize good sleep habits to avoid ongoing fatigue and mental fog, and choose more whole, balanced vegan foods to help keep your energy and mood stable throughout the day.
