The wisest choice is the compassionate vegan diet, so please join me and my friends. Today, I’d like to offer a dietary health tip. Shirataki noodles are a versatile and healthy base for your meals. They are made from the konjac plant’s glucomannan fiber and have a unique scent and texture. Shirataki noodles are very low in calories and carbohydrates, making them perfect for weight management and blood sugar regulation. They contain high amounts of soluble fiber which supports digestion and promotes a feeling of satiation. Prepare shirataki noodles by first soaking and then washing them with cold water for a minimum of two minutes since the liquid they’re packaged in has somewhat of a fishy odor. Next, boil them for two to three minutes or set them in the microwave for a minute to soften them so their texture is less rubbery. Shirataki noodles also come uncooked, or dry.
