Today I have an eye health tip to share with you! If you find yourself in front of a computer screen frequently, you've probably encountered the discomfort of eye strain, including symptoms like eye fatigue and dryness, headaches, blurry vision, and even neck or shoulder pain. These may be symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome, exasperated by the digital age and the COVID-19 pandemic. There are simple, effective measures you can take to make your digital life more comfortable and enjoyable. You can start by embracing the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, take 20 seconds to gaze at something 20 feet (seven meters) away. Consider investing in computer vision syndrome glasses to shield your eyes from blue light radiation, reducing headaches and eye strain. Positioning your screen at a comfortable 50-70 centimeters distance and opting for a chair with proper back support to maintain the right posture are two very helpful points. If symptoms persist or worsen, it would be wise to consult an eye specialist. Your vision deserves the best care!

Hallo, Respected and Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai, Due to my health problem and the influence of my elder sister and her family, I started to change my diet. Up to now, I’ve been a vegan for more than two years.
