Sunflowers are amazing. They brighten up our lives and provide large amounts of nutritious seeds we can eat. Just remember to save some to replant. I have a neat tip for you if you’ve grown sunflowers in your garden. At the end of their growing season, sunflower stalks can be used to serve multiple gardening purposes. They can be made into ladder-style garden trellises or teepees that provide support for climbing plants. Small stalk pieces can be used as mulch to retain soil moisture and control temperature. Sunflower stalks can also be composted to help recycle garden waste and enrich soil.

I was arranged by Master to open a LOVING HUT restaurant in May 2010. I felt that You were the One who blessed, arranged, and guided me in everything. And yes, the restaurant is successful and full of customers. Before the COVID pandemic, the restaurant served about 200 to 300 customers per day; on the first day and 15th day of each month, there were about 800 to 1,000 customers. Customers came from all walks of life. We always received compliments from customers: Delicious food, very affordable, the taste is very authentic, cozy and clean space, eye-catching decoration, enthusiastic service... Many customers said: Coming here, my soul feels so light; there is something very different... We understand that it is from Master’s invisible Blessing from Supreme Master Television and Master’s paintings and lamps!
Over the past 14 years, we have continuously promoted the vegan lifestyle in many forms, such as discounts and promotions. Every year, the restaurant always serves free meals to support meaningful events within student volunteer activities such as: charitable events, those related to the green living movement, humanitarian blood donation... I was so happy because in 2015, the restaurant was surveyed and voted by the television show “Cultural Journey” as one of the top three “Attractive Destinations” of Hà Nội Vegetarian Cuisine! And I am even more happy because many initiates who used to work in this kitchen, now have opened their own vegan restaurants or vegan food stores in many locations. And now, one initiate is opening a Loving Hut restaurant.
