Most Beloved Master, My mom and I thank YOU for helping and liberating my father, who passed away at 78. He was an atheist scientist. We argued over spirituality and God. He said he only believed in something he saw with his own eyes. In the last six months of his life, Master blessed him with many spiritual experiences – seeing Buddhas/Bodhisattvas with OPEN eyes, flying out of his body and traveling beyond Earth’s atmosphere... he was amazed and repented; in the last moments of his life, he murmured repeatedly: “Supreme Master Ching Hai, sorry I implicated YOU!”
My mom showed me his last words that she jotted down. I understood that he saw Master come to help pay his karma and redeem him! Four years earlier, in one of our most heated debates, I asked him to write down “I don’t believe in God’s existence” with his signature. But strangely, it turned out to appear as: “I don’t deny God’s existence.” I told him that at the final time, he would see who comes to take care of him, who is the only LOVE. Sure indeed, Master came and took him to higher realms. Soon after, he came into my meditation, young and handsome, shining and joyful, communicating with me telepathically -- thanking me, conveying that he would have left the body earlier if he knew it would be so wonderful there!
He was confused, anxious, and fearful about death. I read Master’s teachings and meditated with him. Ten years earlier, he learned the Convenient Method, trying to be veg for decades; eventually, he became vegan and chose to stick to a vegan diet.
Even though his mind kept tricking him, his soul knew who Master was. At his funeral, it rained three hours from beginning to end, quenching severe droughts. A few days later, a sister saw that he bid a final farewell to us and followed the greatest Hufa, (spiritual guardian) Skanda Bodhisattva, returning to his original abode. He did serve as a Hufa for us in this lifetime!
