A Health Tip to Protect Yourself During the Pandemic: from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai

“Greetings beautiful kids, I hope you have been well and protected, because many COVID-19 variants are still there. And the number of infected victims is increasing in some countries. Please, wear masks, goggles, and, better still, face shields, and very well-covered clothing. If you are not accustomed to wearing a mask, please try to adjust to it, even if it’s uncomfortable somewhat. But think of all the doctors and the nurses – they have to wear that every day, every hour, minute and second of their work. Even without the pandemic, the surgeons and nurses all have to wear it for many, many hours on end and very often – almost every day for their job. Pray every day to God for your protection, please. It doesn’t hurt you to pray, it doesn’t hurt to wear protective clothing, masks, etc. God loves you kids.”
