On May 1, 2024, over 600 guests gathered at the Chandra Kumala School Auditorium in Medan, Indonesia, to experience the captivating Broadway-style musical production of “Loving the Silent Tears.” This marked the second time our Association members from Medan Center hosted this beautiful and uplifting musical screening in the vibrant capital of North Sumatra Province. “Loving the Silent Tears” is an amazing Broadway-style musical that explores the soul’s profound yearning for inner peace. Drawing inspiration from Supreme Master Ching Hai’s poetic anthology “Silent Tears,” this enchanting musical production takes audiences on a whimsical train journey across 16 countries.
Our members decoratively arranged a fascinating Celestial Art exhibition, creating an inviting atmosphere that showcased Supreme Master Ching Hai’s exquisite paintings and books as well as Her elegant Celestial Lamps. The event was elevated with the delightful performances from the InMotion Dance Group, Violin Maestro Tengku Ryo, and renowned singer Link Chow. They presented Master’s heartfelt songs “Talking to a Stone Buddha,” “I Will Forever Love You,” and “Farewell Song.” Following the musical screening, our cherished guests enjoyed a colorful variety of vegan delights.
As a token of appreciation, each cherished guest received a complimentary gift bag that included Master’s books “Love Is The Only Solution” and “The Key of Immediate Enlightenment,” along with the booklet “Vegan Starter Kits” and information about Supreme Master Television. The following day, we received a lot of positive feedback from the attendees. One shared that after watching the musical, her husband realized their problems were not due to others or situations, but something to reflect upon within oneself. Guests and artists alike enthusiastically shared their experiences of the event.
We are deeply grateful to Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) for graciously sharing Her illuminating poetry with us. Her poems have inspired our souls, leading us toward the serene depths of inner peace and the transformative path of spiritual awakening. We thank our Indonesian Association members and everyone who contributed to the organization of this wonderful event. Our sincere appreciation also goes to the accomplished artists for wholeheartedly sharing their beautiful talents with us. May we always communicate through the language of love and radiate peace in all our actions, in Heaven’s boundless mercy.
