This Saturday, January 25, is Lunar New Year! As we get ready to welcome the year of the Rat, let’s take a look at two films, “Ratatouille” and “Stuart Little,” which tell the delightful tales of two courageous little animals, a rat and a mouse, and their grand adventures. “Ratatouille” is directed by Academy Award winner Brad Bird. Pixar Animation Studios’ well-known brilliant storytelling is readily apparent in this fantastic film. “Stuart Little” is a sweet film showing that good things do come in small packages. The film is inspired by E.B. White’s book of the same name, which was published in 1945. Columbia Pictures presents a story for anyone who’s ever had trouble fitting in. Filled with adventure, happiness, and love, “Ratatouille” and “Stuart Little” are delightful movies that remind us to cherish the wonderful, unique qualities of every being, small or big, human or non-human.
