I traveled to different mental and astral spheres. The first time going out of my body was very important because it made me sure. I was convinced that a person does not die after the death of the body. And for me it was a great discovery, because our society was thinking differently. It was very significant to me that I learned to go not only to the astral planes, but also to mental planes. And when that happens, way out in the mental planes, then you realize that there is form, the usual form of any object, and we are accustomed to it, and we are used to thinking in terms of form.
