Same kind of sickness, but I may give different prescriptions due to the different body structure of each person. Moreover, the timing of the prescription is different. Therefore, I prescribe different remedies.

Enzyme Activation How can we activate the enzymes in the body and keep healthy? First, we should avoid lifestyles that lessen the enzyme supply and follow good habits, such as drinking pure water, doing a moderate amount of exercise, reducing stress through meditation, quitting smoking and abstaining from alcohol. Another important point is that we should effectively supply the required enzymes from food through a healthful plant-based diet. Because for most people nearly all food consumed has been cooked, the digestive system must secrete higher amounts of digestive enzymes to aid the processing of food. To provide these digestive enzymes, the body must constantly divert the required enzymes from other organs and tissues, and thus the diversion may cause metabolic enzyme deficiencies. So the possible lack of enzymes in one’s diet may be the main cause of the reduction in the number of enzymes in our body.
