Every little action we take, when combined together across all of us beings, can make a big difference. I would like to share a tip on how be more eco-friendly. Nearly 80 percent of plastic packaging worldwide ends up in landfills or the environment, degrading into harmful microplastics. When shopping and in the home, we can avoid using environmentally harmful food packaging, such as plastic bottles. Invest in a reusable drink bottle to reduce your impact. Similarly, coffee pods pose a significant environmental hazard from their aluminum mining impact and their low recycling rates. For coffee brewing at home, choose a French press or espresso method to replace your pod-based brewer. Additionally, when ordering takeaway coffee, bring your favorite reusable, plastic free cup or a thermos. Many cafes offer small discounts to encourage this practice.

To most Beloved God-Master and the Supreme Master TV team of saints, I’m very grateful to have the affinity to meet Master and be initiated by Master to practice the Quan Yin Method. It has been 23 years since I started practicing the Convenient Method, followed by initiation. I have been continuously receiving Master’s full Love and Blessings, which gave me more courage to persist in the path of spiritual practice despite all the difficulties. Having received so much Care, Love, and Blessing from Master along the way, I couldn’t find words to express my gratitude; I can only be diligent in spiritual practice to repay Your Grace.
Thanks to Master’s Blessings, all my hardships have finally come to an end. My son and daughter-in-law, as well as four granddaughters and grandsons, are all fellow initiates. The most gratifying thing is that the non-vegetarian restaurant, which my husband had been running for more than 30 years, was successfully transformed into a vegan restaurant in 2014, and it has been 10 years since then. We’ve been cooking delicious food with sincere hearts in the hope that more people can accept vegan food. After business hours, we also participate in vegetarian charity bazaars organized by some groups, sharing vegan recipes and delicious sauces, hoping that more people will change to a vegan diet quickly and a vegan world will be achieved soon.
