A healthy vegan diet includes luscious seasonal fruits. I’ve got a dietary tip for you today. Did you know that lychee fruit is a healthy, tropical fruit that is abundant in vitamin C, antioxidants, and flavonoids? However, it should be consumed in moderation since an excessive intake can lead to body temperature imbalances, resulting in acne, anxiety, and heat. Eat only 150 to 200 grams of fresh, clean lychee (equivalent to 7 to 10 fruits) at a time and avoid consuming greater than 300 grams per day. As it is a summer fruit, lychee is best consumed with cooling foods like cucumber and pennywort, which not only cool the body, but also help the liver eliminate toxins. Lychee can be eaten following a meal or a light snack so your stomach will absorb its sugar slowly. Steer clear of eating damaged or old lychees since they can ferment and lead to digestive issues and inflammatory skin reactions.
