Today, I have some great digestion tips for you. For improved gut health experts advise to follow several key strategies. Start by embracing a diverse plant-based diet, which involves incorporating a wide array of fiber-rich plants like nuts, seeds, fruits, and veggies as well as prebiotic fiber rich foods such as garlic, onion, asparagus, and whole grains. Another crucial aspect is adding vibrant colors to your meals, which means opting for colorful vegetables, brightly colored fruits like berries, and even dark chocolate, to provide antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Introducing fermented foods such as vegan yogurt, kimchi, and sauerkraut into your daily routine is highly recommended. These foods contain probiotics that can enhance the variety of good gut bacteria. Fasting - by refraining from eating for around 12 to 14 hours overnight – allows your gut microbes time to rest and aids in maintaining gut lining health. Finally, it’s advised to steer clear of ultra-processed foods, which lack the necessary fiber and nutrients for a thriving microbiome, and often contain harsh food chemicals that can hinder your helpful digestive workforce. By embracing these five principles, you’re on a vibrant journey towards cultivating a happier, healthier gut!

It looks like the joke of the day has just popped in to give us some hearty laughs. This one’s called “Obeying Traffic Laws.”

Two ghosts were strolling in front of the cemetery they inhabited. Suddenly, they saw a car parked nearby with a couple inside. The ghosts discussed taking the car to go on a trip. Actually, it didn't take much effort for the ghosts because, as soon as the couple saw them, they ran away. Suddenly, one of the ghosts said:

“Wait a minute! We can’t leave yet. We forgot something.”

“After saying that, he hurriedly ran back to the cemetery. After a while, he came back out carrying two tombstones.”

“But why are you carrying our tombstones?”

“You were planning to go by car without bringing any ID?”

Thank You, Master, for not only blessing and taking care of me, but also my family. Once, when asked by the Supreme Master TV team about the pen signing incidents of King Charles III, Master choked with sobs and answered, “I know that heartbreaking feeling, because I also lost my parents.” Hearing that, I also cried very sadly. I thought, “Did I get hit?” I thought, “Did I get hit?” I tried very hard to see exactly what had happened, but I just couldn’t see anything. Next, I felt my left knee rub against the ground. When my eyes could see the surroundings again, I was already lying on the road, and it seemed that my lying position had been invisibly adjusted. Originally, my body was lying on my side with my right hand bent, which was adjusted to become straight.

My body seemed to be in great shock and kept trembling. Tears kept streaming down my face. An ambulance took me to a hospital. Luckily, there were no fractures or internal damage, just skin injuries. The police came to tell me everything about the accident. I was hit by a motorcycle from behind and then hit an SUV in front. When I went to get my motorcycle, I realized that its front was completely destroyed; even its strongest frame was dented. The owner of the motorcycle shop said that this must has been involved in a very serious car accident. That’s why the impact was so great.

At that moment, I came to realize that I had been through a very serious car accident and Master saved my life, and covered my eyes so that I did not see the entire horrifying process of the accident.
