How to treat each other without this, without too much emotion? Think about it first before you want to say something. Consider yourself the other person, she might have some reason. Everybody has to talk. Talk it out.. You will find that many times, surprisingly, the person doesn‘s even know what you mean. Maybe when you‘re working in some difficult situations, and it seems like the communication doesn‘s go well, that, you could be very upset, very upsetting. Don‘t forget we all have personalities and characters and backgrounds. And ego, of course. This is the problem. So whatever happens we just accept it. Very difficult to work together, especially when you do something for the world.
