We are worked together ever since we were a team of six people. On the farm where I was born, we helped each other out with everything. We have kept that spirit alive and made “tillsammans” a key concept: to consider and care for each other, to put people first. To make everyone feel how important they are. Like the girls and boys who wash our dishes. We would not last an hour without clean plates. So I am telling you all that you need to feel that you are important.
