The Song of Liberation

And now we have a heartline from Seon-woo in Korea:

In 1993, at a lecture at Sajik Gymnasium in Busan, Korea, I met Master for the first time. Two years later, I got initiation and have been practicing diligently ever since. I would like to dedicate this poem to Master for teaching me the best Dharma and the path to liberation.

The Song of Liberation

Bowing at the feet of Master, amidst the winds of materialism blowing in this world, the winds of lust between men and women, the greed and vain desires of humanity, and the struggles for survival, I am only observing the infinite Compassion of Great Enlightened Master for the world, and Master’s Power, Wisdom, and Love that shine the Light of Heavenly Wisdom, unknown in this world, upon the ignorant humanity.

As if clad in invisible armor, even in the harsh world, I feel like I have the complete protection and comfort of Precepts, Quan Yin meditation, and wisdom. It seems as if angels are praising Great Enlightened Master in Heaven, and the Buddhas of ten directions in the past, present and future are with Master.

I’m looking at the Light emanating from Master and the Buddhas of ten directions in the past, present, and future, and I wish to be within that Light. I long to leave the darkness of this material world and dwell forever in the midst of that Light. Seon-woo from Korea
